The Kooky Baker is a European-style, family owned bakery.

It was begun by a British-born transplant to western Washington State. Mayyasa started her venture after the realization that baking treats for her loved ones and friends made her extremely happy! With that realization, the thought of there being nothing better to do than the same on a larger scale brought The Kooky Baker.  

It was a perfect solution to the search for something to supplement her husband’s military income which would allow her to work from home whilst raising her young children. Mayyasa found it wonderful being able to test her favorite recipes on her most important critics: her family and friends. Once flavors and textures that were popular at home were mastered, Mayyasa decided to rent space in a local commercial kitchen and began producing these tasty delights. It is where she now produces the Kooky Baker products, by special order, one delicious batch at a time.

It is the goal of The Kooky Baker to produce the best-tasting, finest-quality products anywhere for consumption primarily in the North Kitsap County area of Washington. We now can offer several of our products on a nationwide basis, thanks to the convenience of PayPal and FedEx.
